Coverage Cannot be Bound On-line.
Insurance coverage cannot be bound or changed via submission of online forms/applications, e-mail, voice mail, facsimile or facebook. No binder, insurance policy, change, addition, and/or deletion to insurance coverage goes into effect unless and until confirmed directly with a licensed agent. All requests to bind insurance coverage must be made by submission of signed application with initial payment and subject to review and acceptance by a company underwriter. All coverages are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the actual policy issued.
