Eligibility:

• Metal Scrap Dealers, Junk Dealers and Auto Dismantling.
• Full Service and Self-Service (Pick n Pull) operations
• Used Car Sales not more than 20% of total revenue
• Incidental Repair operations are allowed
• Brake Repair with new parts only.  Mechanic must be certified in new brake repair techniques
• Entire lot must be fenced (minimum 4 feet in height)
• No more than three autos are stacked (no more than two for Pick n Pull operations)
• Car crushing is allowed (some restrictions apply)
• Yard Control Requirements applicable to Self-Service (Pick n Pull) operations
