Barber Shops – Establishments engaged in cutting, trimming, and styling boys and men’s hair; and/or shaving and trimming men’s beards.
Beauty Shops – Establishments engaged in cutting, trimming, shampooing, weaving, coloring, waving, or styling hair; applying makeup; providing facials, makeovers, body waxes and manicures/pedicures and the sale of a variety of grooming aids. This classification also includes Nail Salons. Face and/or neck massages other than heat or water massages are permitted when incidental to other Beauty Parlor/Hair Stylist or Nail Salon activities.
Accounts receivable coverage – Provides insurance against losses caused by damage to records, which may prevent the business owner from collecting money owed by customers.
Business income loss protection – Insurance protection against loss of income for up to 12 months, and pays the full cost of necessary extra expenses to help businesses stay in business.
Employee dishonesty coverage – Available in amounts from $10,000 to $250,000 to help protect from dishonest acts of employees.
Electronic data processing equipment coverage – A base level of coverage is built into the policy. There is the option to increase that level or schedule high-value items separately.
Business personal property coverage – Insurance protection against losses concerning the property of other people while it is in the care, custody and control of the business.
Tools and equipment coverage – Insurance against losses concerning owned, borrowed, rented or leased tools and equipment.
