Clothing and Apparel Stores – Establishments engaged in retailing a general line of clothing and clothing accessories including retail uniform stores and family sports apparel stores. This class also applies to establishments selling products from Merchandise Retail Units (MRU), commonly referred to as kiosks or carts.
Clothing and Alterations – Establishments engaged in the repair and alterations of men and women’s clothing. This classification includes embroidery work.
Business income loss protection – Insurance protection against loss of income for up to 12 months and pays the full cost of necessary extra expenses to help businesses stay in business.
Employee dishonesty coverage – Available in amounts from $10,000 to $250,000 to help protect from the dishonest acts of employees.
Money and securities coverage – For loss of currency and other negotiable instruments on and off premises, as well as losses due to counterfeit money and bad checks.
Seasonal coverage increases – Increases personal property limits during peak periods by 50 percent, as long as the limit is at least 90 percent of the average annual contents value.
Accounts receivable coverage – Provides insurance against losses caused by damage to records, which may prevent the business owner from collecting funds owed by customers
